Living with chronic pelvic pain can be incredibly isolating, especially when that pain is dismissed or minimized by the medical system or those around us, or made harder to talk about because of stigmas that reinforce our silence.

This group will offer an opportunity to feel the story of your pain be heard, witnessed, and understood by a group of people who get it.

Together we will…

  • engage in deep listening, to ourselves, our bodies, and to each other

  • co-create a space to hold the experiences we share as people with pelvic pain, while exploring how to find our way to more preferred and expansive relationships with having a body in pain

  • lay pathways forward for navigating the medical system, our relationships to our bodies, and our relationships to important others in our lives

  • explore different ideas of how to be connected to other aspects of our bodies, experiences, and relationships, with and beyond pain
